Our methodology
includes the identification of current and future requirements for HR
functional services at both the management and operational levels of
the business. We create a game plan for the development of services
to meet initial requirements and to increase services as business
needs demand. We then work with the management team to build the
necessary infrastructure and then turn its operation over to full
time HR professionals on staff.
